What grades do you serve?

We provide tutoring for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade in reading and math.

Where are tutoring sessions held?

Tutoring sessions are held in person in Meridian, Mississippi.

How long are tutoring sessions?

Each tutoring session is approximately 45 minutes long.

How often should my child attend?

For the best results, we recommend two sessions per week for duration of the school year.

What subjects do you teach?

We offer instruction in:

How are students assessed?

Each student receives an initial assessment to identify strengths, areas of need, and an instructional plan tailored to their goals.

Will I receive updates on my child's progress?

Yes. Parents receive regular progress updates throughout the tutoring program.

Are tutoring sessions one-on-one?

Yes. Each session is personalized to meet your child's individual learning needs.

What should my child bring to tutoring?

Students should bring any requested school materials, a notebook, and a positive attitude. All instructional materials are provided unless otherwise noted.

What if my child misses a session?

Please notify us as soon as possible. Make-up sessions are offered based on availability and in accordance with our tutoring policies.

What happens if we arrive late?

Please arrive on time. Sessions end at their scheduled time so that all students receive their reserved tutoring time.

Are you currently accepting new students?

Our Fall Tutoring schedule is currently full. Please join our waiting list to be notified when a space becomes available.

How do I join the waiting list?

Complete our Waiting List Form, and we'll contact you as soon as an opening becomes available.

Do you offer Summer Tutoring?

Yes! Summer Tutoring is offered each year. Dates and enrollment information are announced in advance.

How much does tutoring cost?

Because every child has unique learning needs, tutoring rates are determined following an initial consultation.

During the consultation, we'll discuss your child's academic goals, recommend the most appropriate tutoring plan, and provide

pricing based on those recommendations.

Do I still have to pay if my child misses a tutoring session?

Yes. Tuition reserves your child's scheduled time each week. Missed sessions are still subject to payment.

If scheduling permits, a make-up session may be offered in accordance with our tutoring policies, but it is not guaranteed.

When is payment due?

Payment is due before your child's scheduled tutoring session unless other arrangements have been made.

Is a deposit required to enroll?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child's tutoring placement. Your child's enrollment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
